Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the StoneID mobile application, public website, and related services provided by Hangzhou Climbfyre Technology Co., Ltd. By using StoneID, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The service
StoneID provides photo-assisted stone and mineral identification, collection organization, related information, AI-assisted follow-up responses, and market context. Features may change as models, data sources, operating systems, or commercial services evolve.
Identification and valuation disclaimer
StoneID results are generated from images and contextual data. Names, classifications, origins, physical characteristics, confidence scores, comparable listings, and value ranges are informational estimates only.
StoneID does not provide laboratory certification, authentication, professional appraisal, investment advice, geological safety advice, or a guarantee that an item is genuine, untreated, safe, legal to possess, or worth a stated amount.
Important purchases, sales, insurance, treatment, handling, or safety decisions should be reviewed by a qualified geologist, gemologist, laboratory, or appraiser.
Your account
StoneID creates a device-based account to operate core features. You may optionally bind it to Sign in with Apple for recovery and synchronization. You are responsible for access to your device and Apple account.
You may permanently delete your StoneID account through Profile → Help → Delete Account. Deletion removes the account and associated service data as described in the Privacy Policy. Active Apple subscriptions must be managed separately in your Apple subscription settings.
Your content
You retain ownership of photographs, notes, and collection information you submit. You grant us a limited right to host, transmit, process, transform, and display that content only to operate, secure, and improve the requested StoneID features.
You must have the right to submit your content. Do not upload unlawful material, personal information about another person without authority, malicious code, or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Circumvent access controls, quotas, subscriptions, or security measures.
- Probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use StoneID to commit fraud, misrepresent authenticity or value, or facilitate unlawful trade.
- Resell or redistribute automated results as certified professional appraisals.
- Use the service in a way that harms other users, providers, or infrastructure.
Premium subscriptions
StoneID may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable Premium subscriptions. The price and billing period are shown before purchase and may vary by storefront or currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple manages billing, cancellation, refunds, and restoration under its applicable terms. Deleting the StoneID account or app does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Third-party services and links
StoneID relies on Apple, RevenueCat, Meta, Amazon Web Services, AI providers, and marketplace data providers. Third-party listings and links are supplied for context. We do not control their availability, accuracy, sellers, transactions, products, or policies. Any transaction with a third party is between you and that third party.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, respond to provider changes, or improve the service. We do not promise that every feature, model, listing, or result will always be available.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, StoneID is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, opportunity, or goodwill; or decisions made from identification, valuation, marketplace, or AI-generated results. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains subject to applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using StoneID at any time. We may restrict access for material violations of these Terms, security threats, abuse, legal requirements, or non-payment, while respecting applicable consumer protections.
Governing terms
These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable where the service provider is established, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or rights available where you live. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
